Receive an email this morning that my request for "copy of contract between the State of NJ and NJ Mentor for group homes to be established in Cherry Hill, NJ" has been denied. The reason:
Contract under negotiation and not yet executed.

If actually true, this may play to our hand as an oportunity. If Mentor is not under contract with the state, they have no reason to use this house; unless they sneak another program in............
