If NJ-Mentor wishes to fight this forma a legal perspective, we likely do not have a leg to stand on. They have full ADA rights, the same that we enjoy and cherish. Allot will depend on the approach NJ-Mentor wishes to take.

At a minimum they will expect their investment and cost associated with this property to be reimbursed. Neighborhoods may need to buy back the properties even if they agree not to move in. The homeowner leases to group home companies, NJ-Mentor is just one of them, the next tenant could be worst.
