I took a chance and looked up the NJ DCF to see if anything appeared new and different --- it did!

takes you to a complete and thorough delineation of anticipated administration services, parameters for treatment home programs, etc.

This document is dated November 8, 2007.

Do I dare say it, perhaps they wanted three homes to create a tripod of care in the Camden County area with also the way to "test the waters" with the Brookfield and Cherry Hill Estates homes before venturing into Voorhees.
