Real Estate Attorney

I spoke to Steven Buvidus, an attorney who specializes in real estate, about the group home. He said he would be happy to help us at a discounted rate if we still feel we need him after tonight. Steve's family is one of the original in Brookfield (The Franks Family), and his family businesses are here as well. He noted that a injunction would have to be filed soon if we do not get the answers that we need tonight. I am not sure if an attorney has been called, but I think we should keep him in mind. The Cherry Hill Sun is also working on an article, as well as gathering information. Thanks!!

How much letigation experience does he have? I also know of an attorney who is very experienced, Chuck Resnick. I'm not sure of the fee however, but will contact him if you'd like.

I am not sure how much experience Steve Buvidus has, but I know he has great pride in our neighborhood, and would be willing to help. His law office is right on Haddonfield/Berlin Road. I do know that they have expertise in real estate as well as our area as a whole. I hope that helps. The more advise, the better.

Given Buividas Realty's vested interest in the Brookfield property values, one might have expected them to take a leading role in this effort.
They have been conspicuous by their absence.
